💼 About This Role

You'll own and evolve the core technology ecosystem at a fast-growing omnichannel retailer, with primary accountability for ERP systems like NetSuite. You'll drive system optimization, integrations, and automation to improve operational efficiency across retail, eCommerce, and supply chain. This player-coach role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution in a founder-led environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage enterprise ERP systems including NetSuite
• Lead system enhancements, integrations, and automation initiatives
• Define and manage the technology roadmap and project delivery
• Partner with Finance and Operations for data integrity and compliance
• Oversee vendor relationships and incident management

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in technology leadership within retail or consumer goods
• Expert-level experience with NetSuite ERP including multi-entity management
• Strong understanding of omnichannel operations (eCommerce, wholesale, retail)
• Proven experience with end-to-end business processes like order-to-cash and procure-to-pay

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with third-party integrations (eCommerce platforms, WMS, EDI, POS, 3PLs)
• Track record of leading ERP implementations in high-growth environments
• Program management and change management skills
