As a Caregiver on the CareBenefits team, you'll provide engaging childcare for multiple families in your area. You'll be automatically matched with jobs based on your experience and availability, allowing you to focus on creating a safe and nurturing environment.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Minimum 1 weekday availability (at least 8 consecutive hours between 6am-8pm)
• Related childcare experience
• Reliable transportation to travel up to 15 miles from home
• Adult, Infant, and Pediatric CPR/First Aid certified (reimbursement provided)

Responsibilities

• Conduct intro calls with each family
• Care for children in their homes, typically for 8-hour days
• Follow schedule and rules set by parents
• Perform household duties related to care (cleaning up after meals, activities, etc.)
