You'll lead Epic EHR integrations for healthcare customers using Talkdesk CXA/CCaaS solutions, designing secure data exchange workflows. Your work directly impacts patient experience and operational efficiency in a fast-growing AI company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead strategic implementations of CXA/CCaaS solutions for healthcare clients
• Design and deploy Epic EHR integrations with HL7/FHIR workflows
• Troubleshoot complex data exchange processes and integrations
• Mentor teams and develop reusable integration assets

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in Professional Services or Consulting in SaaS
• 3+ years hands-on Epic integration experience in healthcare
• Proficiency in JavaScript, MUMPS, Python, or SQL
• Knowledge of healthcare compliance (e.g., HIPAA, HITECH)

• Experience with EHR systems like Cerner, Athenahealth
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, Zendesk)
• Basic knowledge of chatbots or conversational AI
