Description

You will lead a fullstack squad responsible for creator onboarding and growth experiences, managing day-to-day activities in an Agile environment while providing technical and people leadership. You'll drive culture of experimentation, own delivery processes, and partner with senior management to improve engineering productivity.

Requirements

• 2+ years engineering management experience with proven hiring and coaching of developers
• Experience managing fullstack teams and continuous releases shipping multiple times daily
• 8+ years software development experience with architectures and infrastructure
• Deep expertise in at least one stack (Backend, Web, iOS) with working knowledge of others
• Experience building highly scalable distributed systems in cloud (AWS) and CI/CD environments

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and people leadership for fullstack team (iOS, Web, Backend)
• Influence technical vision through cross-functional discussions with senior management
• Own delivery process and Agile ceremonies, ensuring backlog refinement and value delivery
• Drive experimentation using A/B testing and data analytics to optimize onboarding funnels
• Lead hiring, goal setting, performance management, and retention strategies
