You'll lead a small crew and operate heavy equipment for earthwork projects. You'll ensure grading, excavating, and stormwater management tasks are completed efficiently. This role offers a company vehicle and phone for business travel.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Operate excavators, mini excavators, and bobcats
• Run a small crew on a daily basis
• Install erosion control and stormwater management facilities
• Shoot grades and interpret cut sheets

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of heavy equipment operating experience
• Ability to operate mini excavators and/or bobcats
• Must have reliable transportation
• Valid Driver's License

• Experience operating full-sized excavators, loaders, and dozers
• Ability to communicate directly with clients and manage crew members
