You'll lead client experience and studio operations for a high-end fitness brand in Austin. Your core impact is driving sales growth and brand consistency across all touchpoints. You'll also coach solidcore classes weekly.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own client experience acronym CORE: connect, open, recognize, educate
• Provide operational leadership and coordinate daily priorities
• Manage client communications and account management tasks
• Achieve monthly sales targets through outreach and follow-up
• Coach up to 5 solidcore classes per week

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays
• 2+ years sales and/or customer service experience

✨ Nice to Have

• 1+ years coaching experience
• MBO (Mindbody) software experience
• Leadership or team management experience
