You will lead payroll processing across multiple regions, ensuring accuracy and compliance while developing standards and audit frameworks. You'll work remotely and collaborate with vendors, providing expert guidance to the team.

Requirements

• 4+ years payroll processing experience, preferably global or multi-regional
• Canadian Payroll Association PCP certification preferred
• Experience with Workday, ADP, Dayforce payroll systems
• Proficiency in Excel, data analysis, and payroll reporting
• Strong ability to develop and maintain payroll documentation

Responsibilities

• End-to-end payroll processing across multiple regions
• Develop, refine, and maintain payroll process guides, SOPs, and audit checklists
• Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements
• Collaborate with payroll vendors and external partners
• Train and guide payroll specialists
