You'll lead a hospitality-focused team at a rapidly growing cookie company in a new Red Bank location. Your core impact is driving sales success and quality through people development and operational excellence.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Hire, coach and develop part-time hourly staff
• Lead service components including food quality and customer service
• Establish culture of excellence in cookie quality and sales
• Manage inventory to maintain proper controls

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of management/leadership experience in restaurant or retail
• Availability to work 2-3 mid-to-late shifts Thurs-Sun
• Proficiency with MS Outlook, Excel, MS Teams and ATS
• Benevolent leadership style with a player-coach mentality

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with commercial convection ovens
• Prior experience in hospitality-focused management
