You'll lead the regulatory supervisory backbone of Cash App Investing's brokerage operations, managing a team at the intersection of financial regulation, customer experience, and AI-driven automation. You'll ensure every customer interaction meets the highest standards while building the future of brokerage operations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as Series 24 supervisory principal for FINRA compliance
• Oversee regulatory complaints program and reporting
• Manage team of specialists in quality, complaints, and process engineering
• Supervise AI-generated brokerage communications for regulatory compliance

📋 Requirements

• Series 24 license required
• 5+ years of brokerage operations experience
• Experience with FINRA rules (3110, 4513, 4530)
• Proven people management experience in a broker-dealer
