You'll lead a sales team for Paytm's Oil & Gas offline payment solutions, onboarding merchants and managing relationships with PSU companies. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Recruit and manage a team of 5+ channel sales representatives
• Onboard new petrol/gas station merchants for QR and POS solutions
• Maintain relationships with Oil Marketing Companies and PSUs
• Drive team to achieve sales targets and incentives

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of channel sales experience
• Team handling experience of at least 5 members
• Own a smartphone, bike, and helmet
• Proficiency in Excel and data tools
