You will own the full new hire journey from offer acceptance through the first month, ensuring every new team member feels welcomed and set up for success. Beyond onboarding, you'll serve as a key operational resource, driving process improvements, audits, and cross-functional projects with a people-first lens.

Requirements

  • Experience in People Operations, Coordination, Employee Experience, or related field
  • Strong project management skills to juggle multiple start dates and stakeholders
  • Experience with HRIS platforms, onboarding tools, or workflow automation
  • Comfort with data and reporting to build dashboards and track completion rates
  • Excellent communication skills adapting to different audiences

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end new hire journey from offer acceptance through first 1-4 weeks
  • Design and improve structured onboarding program balancing logistics, culture, and readiness
  • Partner with hiring managers and mentors to ensure clear plan and resources for new hires
  • Plan and facilitate engaging new hire orientation sessions reflecting company values
  • Develop and maintain onboarding automations and dashboard for real-time visibility
