You'll manage day-to-day service desk operations and support IT compliance at a global digital marketing agency. You'll handle tier 1/2 support tickets, assist with audit preparation and user access reviews, and contribute to RFI responses. This role offers exposure to both IT operations and information security compliance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Act as first point of contact for end-user IT support requests via phone, email, or ticketing system.
• Log, categorize, prioritize, and track IT incidents and service requests in ServiceNow.
• Support audit preparation by gathering evidence and maintaining compliance records.
• Coordinate and execute periodic user access reviews across key systems.

📋 Requirements

• 2 years experience in IT support or compliance role.
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, or GDPR.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 and ITSM tools.
• Experience supporting external audits or certification exercises.

✨ Nice to Have

• Exposure to GRC tools or platforms.
• Experience with Active Directory or Azure AD.
• Understanding of IT service management principles.
