You'll manage day-to-day service desk operations and support IT compliance at a global digital marketing agency. You'll handle tier 1/2 support tickets, assist with audit preparation and user access reviews, and contribute to RFI responses. This role offers exposure to both IT operations and information security compliance.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Act as first point of contact for end-user IT support requests via phone, email, or ticketing system.
- Log, categorize, prioritize, and track IT incidents and service requests in ServiceNow.
- Support audit preparation by gathering evidence and maintaining compliance records.
- Coordinate and execute periodic user access reviews across key systems.
๐ Requirements
- 2 years experience in IT support or compliance role.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, or GDPR.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 and ITSM tools.
- Experience supporting external audits or certification exercises.
โจ Nice to Have
- Exposure to GRC tools or platforms.
- Experience with Active Directory or Azure AD.
- Understanding of IT service management principles.
