💼 About This Role

You'll support federal litigation by providing eDiscovery technology expertise to a U.S. government client. You'll ensure proper handling of ESI and monitor legal changes for FBI Discovery policies. This role requires an active Top Secret clearance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor legal changes impacting civil/criminal litigation policies.
• Evaluate new technologies for improving FBI Discovery processes.
• Provide advice on identifying and preserving ESI for litigation.
• Update SOPs for the ETA role.

📋 Requirements

• 5 years of eDiscovery/litigation support experience.
• 3 years of major litigation support project responsibility.
• 2 years in Relativity beyond document review coding.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain Top Secret clearance.

✨ Nice to Have

• Active U.S. government security clearance.
• BS/BA degree or JD preferred.
• Experience across all EDRM stages.
