Description

You'll drive the strategy and execution of developer community programs across EMEA, adapting global playbooks to local markets, executing on-the-ground activations, and identifying new opportunities to support B2C2B growth. You'll collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to scale a community flywheel, recruiting ambassadors, running events, and converting engagement into measurable business impact.

Requirements

• 8+ years in developer relations, community management, or related growth/marketing role.
• Proven track record scaling programs across multiple markets.
• Experience building and running developer communities (online and in-person).
• Strong understanding of EMEA market nuances and localization.
• Comfortable with async workflows and working across time zones with US-based teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end strategy and execution of developer community programs in EMEA, including ambassador program and local events.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and GTM leads to develop regional community strategy aligned with market entry and expansion.
• Identify, recruit, and support community ambassadors across priority EMEA cities.
• Develop and maintain regional coverage map for ambassadors, events, and metrics.
• Identify and champion net-new community opportunities specific to EMEA markets.
