🎯 What You'll Do
- Support clinicians via chat, email, and live video.
- Identify and own projects improving clinician experience.
- Surface customer insights to product and engineering teams.
- Create and refine help content and FAQs.
📋 Requirements
- Experience in customer support or success at a SaaS or AI startup.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong product intuition and ability to drive improvements.
- Experience with Intercom or similar CRM/support tools.
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience supporting clinicians or healthcare professionals.
- Familiarity with healthcare software or EHR systems.
- Previous experience working with a product org.
