You'll support clinicians using Freed's AI scribe and shape product improvements. You'll manage daily interactions while owning projects that improve the clinician experience. This role blends frontline support with strategic impact at a high-growth AI healthtech startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support clinicians via chat, email, and live video.
• Identify and own projects improving clinician experience.
• Surface customer insights to product and engineering teams.
• Create and refine help content and FAQs.

📋 Requirements

• Experience in customer support or success at a SaaS or AI startup.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong product intuition and ability to drive improvements.
• Experience with Intercom or similar CRM/support tools.

• Experience supporting clinicians or healthcare professionals.
• Familiarity with healthcare software or EHR systems.
• Previous experience working with a product org.
