• Lead People systems and HRIS tooling
• Design onboarding and employee lifecycle operations
• Build operational analytics and reporting
• Create scalable process design and infrastructure

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in core People Operations roles
• Managed and built People Operations teams
• Experience in hypergrowth environments
• Supported globally distributed organizations
