💼 About This Role

You'll lead a group of 18-20 students in daily after-school activities including sports, social-emotional learning, and academic support. You'll facilitate enrichment activities and support homework completion, with opportunities for professional development and regular feedback.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead a group of 18-20 youth in daily after-school activities including sports, SEL, enrichment, and academic support
• Facilitate or co-facilitate lessons to help youth build social and emotional skills
• Collaborate with team to plan and facilitate various enrichment activities
• Support with homework completion and other academic enrichment

📋 Requirements

• 18 years of age or older by start date
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with groups of school-age children in a youth development setting
• Ability to work in person at the program site during program hours

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with behavior management and positive youth development
• Comfort with technology including Zoom and Google Suite
• Openness to receiving and implementing feedback
