• Find and attract top talent to clients using deep sourcing techniques
• Utilize Boolean and LinkedIn to source passive candidates
• Embed with one client at a time to understand their culture
• Partner with stakeholders to drive good talent practice

📋 Requirements

• 4-7 years of sourcing experience in a fast-paced environment
• Strong Boolean sourcing skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional organizational skills and detail orientation
