Description

You will own the lifecycle roadmap end-to-end, designing and optimizing prospect and customer journeys that drive measurable impact. You'll translate revenue goals into structured programs, run a high-velocity test-and-learn agenda using Marketo, and partner closely with Sales, Events, Brand, Paid Media, and agencies to improve conversion and customer retention.

Requirements

  • 5+ years lifecycle or retention marketing experience in B2B
  • 2+ years hands-on Marketo and Salesforce experience
  • Proven experience running lifecycle or customer marketing programs driving measurable growth
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort in fast-paced agile environment
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally and managing agencies

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end email marketing and nurture calendar to increase engagement and conversion
  • Drive lifecycle performance from lead to opportunity with scalable programs
  • Lead structured experimentation roadmap with clear hypotheses and testing
  • Manage external offshore agency for campaign execution and QA
  • Measure lifecycle performance using dashboards and custom reports
