🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute manufacturing from prototyping through large-scale production
• Drive design for manufacturability with design engineers
• Own documentation like MBOMs and work instructions
• Analyze metrics for continuous improvement initiatives

📋 Requirements

• Degree in technical field (engineering, math, or hard science)
• 8+ years in manufacturing or prototyping
• U.S. Secret security clearance eligibility
• Hands-on hardware manufacturing experience

• Experience building/transforming production operations
• PCBA fabrication experience with SMT processes
• Hands-on experience with R/C or autonomous flight vehicles
