You'll manage and grow Paytm Travel's partnerships with State Road Transport Corporations and private bus operators in the Jodhpur region. You'll drive revenue targets and pricing health, ensuring competitive supply availability and operational excellence. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building strategic partnerships in a fast-paced travel tech environment.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Build and expand relationships with RTCs and private bus operators.
- Own regional revenue targets, load factors, and seat fill rates.
- Benchmark fares and operator quality against competitors.
- Monitor SLA adherence and resolve partner escalations.
๐ Requirements
- 4โ10 years of experience in bus ticketing, logistics, or travel partnerships
- Strong commercial acumen with negotiation experience
- Data-savvy: comfortable with dashboards, Excel, and BI tools
- Deep understanding of regional travel patterns and fares

- Prior experience with state transport corporations or regional aggregators.
- Excellent communication skills in English and local regional language.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned territory.
