You'll design, build, and ship production-grade GenAI features for the Hub product, used by 6,500+ sports organizations and expanding into tactical environments. You'll own features end-to-end and help define how GenAI becomes a foundation across Teamworks engineering.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and ship production-grade GenAI features for data exploration
• Own GenAI features end-to-end from design through monitoring
• Build reusable GenAI platform components for safe AI features
• Establish best practices for building reliable GenAI systems

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Proven experience shipping GenAI features to production
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and Node.js for backend services
• Solid system design with distributed, reliable services

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience integrating AI-driven workflows into React UIs
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or similar)
• Experience with observability and evaluation for AI systems
