You'll join the third shift team to resolve production issues and keep hardware builds moving. Your work directly supports mission-critical defense systems for a leading aerospace engineering firm. This role offers the chance to apply your troubleshooting expertise in a fast-paced environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Resolve production and supplier issues, including troubleshooting and corrective actions
• Prepare and present change documentation for review boards
• Diagnose hardware failures using electronic test equipment and analysis tools
• Collaborate with suppliers and create Statements of Work

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
• 5-10 years of prior relevant experience
• Experience with digital, analog, RF and/or mixed signal testing of complex circuit card assemblies
• Ability to interpret schematics, PCB layouts, and BoMs

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience supporting production engineering with electrical or mechanical hardware
• Background in designing electronic or electro-optical subsystems
• Familiarity with electrical design, simulation, and measurement tools
