🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead one or two engineering teams of individual contributors.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of software development experience.
• 2+ years of people management experience.
• Experience managing teams using AI coding agents.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with Atlassian ecosystem (Jira).
