You will lead the vision and strategy for account protection and security identity threat management at MongoDB, partnering with engineering and cross-functional teams to build best-in-class security features that safeguard customer trust. Your work will directly impact MongoDB's ability to succeed in enterprise and regulated industries.

Requirements

• 5+ years product management experience in enterprise security or platforms
• Domain expertise in threat detection or data security
• Experience driving business results through influential leadership across partner teams
• Proven ability to define and deliver product strategies and roadmaps
• Understanding of public cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP)

Responsibilities

• Develop vision for security identity threat management from identification to remediation
• Build product roadmap and backlog for account protection features
• Partner with engineering, legal, research, marketing, sales, and security teams
• Deepen understanding of evolving threats and data security technologies
• Define KPIs and success metrics for security initiatives
