Description

As a Senior Structural Engineer at GROPYUS, you will lead the structural and technical design of our serial timber construction system. You'll develop DfMA-optimized solutions, create structural stability proofs, and collaborate with experts in architecture, building services, and production to drive our digital value chain forward.

Requirements

• Master's/Diploma in civil or structural engineering
• Several years of experience in structural design of timber projects in Germany/Austria
• Profound knowledge of Eurocodes (especially Eurocode 5)
• Fluency in German and English
• Experience with Dlubal RFEM, AutoCAD, Rhino is a plus

Responsibilities

• Structural development of the building system
• Timber-specific detail and product development
• Develop technical solutions considering manufacturing and assembly (DfMA)
• Create project-specific structural stability proofs and documentation
• Lead structural planning for timber construction projects
