You'll coordinate training with nursing leadership to identify team needs and implement VEG's training programs. You'll autonomously manage time between mentoring and strategy, fostering a culture of learning. This role offers industry-leading compensation and unlimited CE opportunities.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Coordinate with nursing leadership to identify training needs
• Assess competency of Assistants and Nurses through observations
• Facilitate in-person training based on hospital needs
• Develop curricular materials like powerpoints and simulations

📋 Requirements

• Credentialed as a veterinary technician (CVT, RVT, LVT, LVMT)
• Experience in emergency medicine
• Ability to give and receive feedback from colleagues

✨ Nice to Have

• VTS in ECC strongly preferred
• Previous experience in a training role
• VTS in Internal Medicine or Anesthesia with ECC experience
