💼 About This Role

You'll own and build Windfall's Financial Services vertical as a player/coach, leading outreach across top accounts while hiring and developing the AE team. You'll work directly with co-founders to shape go-to-market strategy and product priorities, writing the playbook for scaling this into a standalone business.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Direct outreach, pipeline, and deal execution across top 50–100 FS accounts
  • Hire, coach, and develop the AE team for the FS vertical
  • Partner with co-founders, product, and marketing to define ICP and messaging
  • Own FS revenue including new bookings, retention, and expansion

📋 Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience
  • 3+ years of sales leadership experience
  • Deep fluency in financial services

  • Familiarity with wealth management, RIAs, or private banking
  • Experience selling to or working in financial services
