💼 About This Role

You'll build relationships with hospital and facility contacts to educate them about home health care services. Your impact will be ensuring smooth patient transitions from hospital to home care. This role offers the stability of a national company with a family-owned culture.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop relationships with referral sources and physicians.
• Market and sell BAYADA services to healthcare professionals.
• Review medical documentation to determine home care eligibility.
• Coordinate with the service office to set up ordered services.

📋 Requirements

• Interpersonal skills demonstrated record
• Knowledge of Medicare COPs and program requirements
• At least 1 year experience in healthcare, preferably home health
• Current license as RN, LPN, MSW, PT or OT (preferred)
