🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own website performance, conversion, and ongoing optimization as core revenue channel.
  • Lead structured experimentation roadmap including A/B and multivariate testing.
  • Manage paid media strategy and external digital advertising agency.
  • Develop and execute digital growth strategies aligned with company goals and KPIs.
  • Optimize OTA and third-party marketplace pages for visibility and conversion.

📋 Requirements

  • 5–12+ years owning digital growth, performance marketing, or digital acquisition.
  • Hands-on experience using data, testing frameworks, and analytics to drive measurable improvements.
  • Proven success in website optimization, conversion rate optimization, and structured testing.
  • Experience leading multi-channel digital budgets and optimizing spend based on ROI.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
  • Experience with AI-powered tools for personalization and testing velocity.
  • Familiarity with OTA platforms as strategic growth channels.
