Description

You'll help clients implement our SaaS-based anti-money laundering platform, translating their business needs into technical solutions and ensuring successful go-lives. This role combines project management with hands-on configuration of fraud detection rules and AML scenarios.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, information systems, or sciences
• 1+ years SaaS or customer-facing experience
• Native or bilingual proficiency in French
• Technical understanding of REST API services and implementation
• Strong English communication and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Support clients with AML scenario/rule requests including new builds, amendments, and logic refinements
• Assist clients in deploying rule changes to production efficiently
• Manage projects from planning through execution, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timeline
• Communicate proactively with team members and clients to identify problems and implement solutions
• Write technical requirements and business specifications for client implementations
