💼 About This Role

You'll support Allied's risk management and insurance compliance across the portfolio, reviewing and managing tenant insurance documentation. You'll ensure compliance with commercial lease requirements and maintain accuracy within internal systems. This role offers hands-on experience in a national real estate portfolio.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Review and verify certificates of insurance for lease compliance
• Update insurance records in Yardi with coverage dates and limits
• Follow up with tenants to obtain compliant insurance documentation
• Track and report on key performance indicators for insurance compliance

📋 Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a post-secondary program
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal

✨ Nice to Have

• Exposure to Yardi or other property management systems
• Bilingual in English and French
• Coursework or interest in commercial insurance, real estate management or law
