You'll lead a team of 6-10 engineers to improve and expand financial products while maintaining high engineering quality standards. Your impact comes through coaching whole engineers who take ownership of their projects.

• Lead a team of 6-10 engineers in execution and operational excellence
• Collaborate with tech leads and cross-functional partners to respond to priorities
• Monitor team productivity, remove roadblocks, and improve processes
• Coach and evaluate engineers to match projects with their strengths

📋 Requirements

• B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• 4+ years as a software engineer developing and operating systems
• 1+ years of engineering management experience
• Track record of leading productive engineering teams
