Description

You will support the planning and execution of multi-channel campaigns to drive pipeline across EMEA customer segments, working with teams to deliver qualified leads and optimize campaign performance.

Requirements

• 3-5 years experience in B2B demand generation, digital marketing, or growth marketing in IT/software/tech
• Hands-on experience with multi-channel campaigns focused on lead generation and pipeline contribution
• Practical experience with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, email marketing, and content syndication
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
• Native German speaker with full professional proficiency in English

Responsibilities

• Execute paid and owned campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, display, email, and content syndication
• Manage campaign setup and lead capture processes including landing page coordination and form optimization
• Monitor campaign performance and track CPL, MQL volume, pipeline contribution, and channel ROI
• Coordinate with external agencies, media partners, and freelancers to ensure timely delivery and performance
• Support account-based marketing initiatives with target account lists and digital campaign setup
