You'll ensure our hiring engine runs smoothly as the backbone of recruiting operations at Teya, a payment and software provider for small businesses across Europe. You'll own ATS health and data integrity, enabling recruiters and creating seamless experiences. This role is ideal for someone early in their talent career who's motivated to improve systems and operational excellence.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage day-to-day ATS administration and data accuracy
• Handle interview scheduling for candidates and interviewers
• Audit and improve data hygiene for reliable reporting
• Partner with recruiters to streamline hiring processes

📋 Requirements

• 1–2 years in recruiting coordination or talent ops role
• Familiarity with ATS platforms like Ashby
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple scheduling requests in a fast-paced environment
