💼 About This Role

You'll help customers design and implement solutions using the Elastic Stack for search, observability, and security. As a technical expert, you'll guide them through architecture decisions and deployment strategies. You'll collaborate with Inside Sales to deliver customer success.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct technical discovery sessions and solution workshops.
• Design architectures for search, observability, and security use cases.
• Deliver product demonstrations and proof-of-concepts.
• Assist with deployment planning and configuration.

📋 Requirements

• Distributed systems and data indexing/search experience
• Technical customer-facing role experience
• Ability to map business needs to technical solutions
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with the Elastic Stack or similar technologies
• Knowledge of scripting or programming (Python, Java, etc.)
• Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
