💼 About This Role

You'll oversee daily operations of an ear piercing studio, ensuring exceptional customer service and a safe, sterile environment. You'll lead a team of nurses and sales associates, drive sales, and uphold Rowan's clinical standards. This role combines clinical expertise with retail management in a joyful, customer-centric brand.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform ear piercings and provide clinical aftercare education to customers
• Manage daily studio operations, inventory, and visual merchandising
• Lead, coach, and schedule a team of Nurse Piercers and Sales Associates
• Drive sales and meet revenue targets through customer engagement

📋 Requirements

• Active RN or LPN/LVN license
• 3-5 years of retail management experience
• Proven track record in driving sales and optimizing store profitability
• Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

✨ Nice to Have

• Jewelry or service-oriented retail experience
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to piercing
• Experience with POS systems and Google Suite
