Description

You will lead a multi-level production team of 8-12 direct reports, ensuring exceptional delivery across influencer marketing projects. Your focus will be on team management, skill building, career development, and project oversight to drive flawless execution and client satisfaction.

Requirements

Experienced influencer marketer and people manager.
Leadership skills to manage growth, structure, and performance of a multi-level production team.
Strong project management and strategic guidance abilities.
Expertise in influencer and agent negotiation and vendor partnerships.
Ability to drive adoption of new tools, systems, and directives.

Responsibilities

Directly manage Associate Producers, Producers, and Senior Producers with focus on skill building, career development, and mentorship.
Host 1:1s and team meetings to support team success and promote strong team culture.
Identify teamwide learning and development opportunities to keep processes evolving.
Oversee project execution quality, providing strategic guidance, feedback, and crisis management.
Ensure proper review of influencer lists, timelines, project plans, briefs, and client communication.
