You'll serve as a key point of contact for customers and content creators, resolving inquiries via calls, chats, and emails. You'll help ensure a seamless user experience by troubleshooting issues, reviewing creator applications, and monitoring for fraud. - Respond to customer inquiries via calls, chats, and emails.
- Assist users with billing, technical issues, and navigation.
- Review and validate creator applications for compliance.
- Monitor transactions to identify and prevent fraud.

- Excellent English communication skills; additional languages a plus.
- Proficiency with computers and web tools.
- Solid problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
