📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in UI/UX design with leadership roles.
• Expert proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and engagements.
• Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities.

• Experience in a digital agency, consultancy, or transformation environment.
