💼 About This Role

You'll support store leadership in providing the best customer experience for music and pop culture fans. You'll help train new recruits and assist with daily operations to meet sales targets. You'll also open and close the store and process sales transactions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage customer returns
• Cover the sales floor and provide leadership support when manager is away
• Open and close the store as needed
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to merchandise product using approved store equipment
• Ability to pack and unpack boxes up to 50 pounds
