Description
You will deliver one-on-one and couples personalized fitness instruction to clients in their homes. You will customize workout programs, use the Svetness Fitness App, and conduct reassessments to help clients reach their goals.
Requirements
- NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE accredited personal training certification
- CPR/AED certification
- High school diploma and 1-3 years personal training experience
- Strong communication skills and basic nutrition knowledge
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing athletic calisthenics
Responsibilities
- Customize client workout programs from Initial Assessment
- Use Svetness Fitness App to manage sessions and notes
- Demonstrate exercises and ensure correct form with modifications
- Conduct client Reassessments every 4-6 weeks
- Maintain flexible schedule and commute up to 45 minutes
