You'll oversee daily GMP manufacturing operations for cell therapies at Orca Bio's state-of-the-art facility. Your team will produce life-saving treatments for blood cancer patients, ensuring safety and quality. You'll manage a team of supervisors and drive continuous improvement in a late-stage biotech company.

• Supervise manufacturing staff to execute production batches on time.
• Coordinate production activities to meet schedules and quality standards.
• Manage deviations, corrective actions, and change controls.
• Foster continuous improvement culture in manufacturing execution.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology, Engineering, or related field.
• 3-5 years GMP cell therapy or pharmaceutical manufacturing experience.
• 2-4 years in a people leadership or supervisory role.
• Deep understanding of aseptic processing and cell therapy techniques.

✨ Nice to Have

• Masters or PhD in Chemical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years leadership experience preferred.
• Experience with regulatory inspections and cGMP compliance.
