Description

You will manage complex hardware and vehicle programs through the full product lifecycle, integrating the Aurora Driver with various vehicle platforms. You'll consolidate input from cross-functional teams, define KPIs, and track risks to ensure program success.

Requirements

• Based near Aurora office (Mountain View, CA or Pittsburgh, PA); ability to travel
• Experience in program management of highly technical initiatives
• Ability to break complex projects into manageable milestones and deliver timely
• Strong communication skills to various audiences including C-level
• Demonstrated impact through design, development, and launch of exceptional products

Responsibilities

• Manage complex hardware and vehicle programs through full product lifecycle
• Consolidate input from cross-functional teams including hardware/software engineering, manufacturing, legal, safety, and supply chain
• Track product and technical requirements for integrated vehicles aligning with company roadmap
• Define, communicate, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for integration programs
• Identify, catalog, and report on risks; drive risk burndown through program lifecycle
