Description

You will lead a team of Account Executives supporting Strategic Accounts, recruit and develop top talent, execute large strategic deals, and shape long-term sales strategy while managing day-to-day operations.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of sales quota carrying experience at a technology company, preferably SaaS
  • 3+ years of people management experience
  • Proven track record of managing a high-performing team
  • Proven track record of selling and closing large Enterprise accounts
  • Exceptional organizational, operational and analytical skills

Responsibilities

  • Manage and generate revenue by supporting a team of Account Executives for Strategic Accounts
  • Recruit, hire, train and coach top talent
  • Build executive-level relationships with key accounts as a trusted advisor
  • Manage and report quarterly sales forecasts, planning and budgeting
  • Partner cross-functionally to develop sales structures and processes
