Description
You will lead a team of Account Executives supporting Strategic Accounts, recruit and develop top talent, execute large strategic deals, and shape long-term sales strategy while managing day-to-day operations.
Requirements
- 8+ years of sales quota carrying experience at a technology company, preferably SaaS
- 3+ years of people management experience
- Proven track record of managing a high-performing team
- Proven track record of selling and closing large Enterprise accounts
- Exceptional organizational, operational and analytical skills
Responsibilities
- Manage and generate revenue by supporting a team of Account Executives for Strategic Accounts
- Recruit, hire, train and coach top talent
- Build executive-level relationships with key accounts as a trusted advisor
- Manage and report quarterly sales forecasts, planning and budgeting
- Partner cross-functionally to develop sales structures and processes
