Description

You will lead a regionally-focused team of Field engineers in Presales and Professional Services, helping customers with solution architecture, design, and delivery for secure connected devices using Ubuntu and open source technologies. This role is about enabling companies to make fleets of secure devices while coaching and mentoring your team.

Requirements

• Exceptional academic track record from high school and university
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field
• Extensive embedded Linux experience (Yocto or other)
• Fluency in Golang, Python, C, C++, or Rust
• Experience with customer engagements

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Field engineers in Presales and Professional Services
• Solve customer problems by promoting technologies and being a trusted advisor
• Coach, mentor, and offer career development feedback
• Identify and measure team health indicators
• Plan and manage progress on agreed goals and projects
