You'll build and own Conversion's recruiting function from the ground up, partnering with founders and hiring managers to bring in exceptional talent across technical and business roles. You'll help shape the systems, culture, and candidate experience that will define how we grow. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Own full-cycle recruiting across technical and business roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to build effective hiring strategies.
• Deliver a thoughtful candidate experience from outreach through offer.
• Iterate on recruiting infrastructure: pipelines, ATS, and interview processes.

📋 Requirements

• 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience across technical and business roles.
• Experience at a high-growth startup or building a recruiting playbook.
• Familiarity with modern recruiting tools like Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox, Harmonic.
• Strong communicator who can earn trust quickly and filter talent.
