🎯 What You'll Do

  • Investigate and resolve complex technical issues across AI-powered SaaS workflows.
  • Manage support cases end-to-end ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
  • Differentiate between bugs, system behavior, and configuration issues.
  • Document confirmed issues with detailed diagnostic information for Engineering.
  • Identify recurring issues and surface insights to Product and Client Success teams.

  • 3-5 years in Technical Support Engineering within B2B SaaS.
  • Strong experience troubleshooting complex, data-heavy SaaS platforms.
  • Excellent written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to work independently and meet response targets.
