You'll act as a trusted technical expert supporting enterprise clients using AI-driven workflows for critical business decisions. You'll investigate complex issues, coordinate resolutions across teams, and build scalable support operations for a rapidly evolving platform. This role offers the chance to collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Client Success teams while gaining expertise in SaaS systems and AI-powered workflows.
π― What You'll Do
- Investigate and resolve complex technical issues across AI-powered SaaS workflows.
- Manage support cases end-to-end ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
- Differentiate between bugs, system behavior, and configuration issues.
- Document confirmed issues with detailed diagnostic information for Engineering.
- Identify recurring issues and surface insights to Product and Client Success teams.
π Requirements
- 3-5 years in Technical Support Engineering within B2B SaaS.
- Strong experience troubleshooting complex, data-heavy SaaS platforms.
- Excellent written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to work independently and meet response targets.
