You will run the local Carvana hub, overseeing market launch, operations, logistics, consumer branding, and team engagement. You'll lead a team of Customer Advocates, provide development opportunities, and use business trend analysis to proactively solve challenges.

Responsibilities

• Run the local Carvana hub including operations, logistics, and team engagement
• Lead a team of Customer Advocates through interviewing, onboarding, and training
• Provide feedback, conduct performance check-ins, and set development goals
• Generate and monitor regular reports and present to upper management
• Serve as go-to expert and assist with car washing and deliveries as needed
