You'll lead tissue recovery cases for transplant and research, coordinating surgical teams and ensuring donor authorization accuracy. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Review donor authorization and medical history for tissue recovery.
• Perform surgical recovery of skin, musculoskeletal, and ocular tissue.
• Assemble supplies and maintain inventory for the recovery suite.
• Coordinate team assignments and manage recovery timelines.

📋 Requirements

• Associate degree in biological sciences, allied healthcare, or mortuary science, or completion of a surgical tech or EMS program.
• Valid California or Nevada driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts, weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Minimum 2 years of related work experience (if substituting education).

✨ Nice to Have

• Certified Tissue Banking Specialist (CTBS) or similar certification.
• Hospital or clinical experience with sterile technique.
• Tissue recovery experience.
